Meets 101

Arrival: Arrive 15–20 minutes prior to warm-up times.

  • What to Bring: Cap, primary and backup goggles, team suit, multiple towels, warm clothing (parka/sweatshirt), water bottle, and healthy snacks.

  • Nutrition:

    • Recommended: Water, juice, sports drinks, plain bagels, fruits (bananas, apples, oranges, grapes), protein/granola bars, and veg sticks.

    • Avoid: Soda, candy/sweets, fatty or heavy/greasy foods.
